The historic Union Printers Home, across from Memorial Park, in Colorado Springs is set for a major transformation into Printers Hill after the City Council approved key zoning changes and variances. This 26-acre property will be redeveloped into a mixed-use site featuring residential, commercial, and retail spaces, with an emphasis on preserving the iconic 132-year-old "castle." 

The project is spearheaded by local investors who aim to create an accessible community hub while maintaining the site's historical significance. 🚧 Construction Woes Hit Local Businesses

Ongoing construction on Airport and Academy in Colorado Springs has created a challenging situation for local businesses, leading to significant declines in sales.
