👨🚒 One of Our Own Joins the Wall
Saturday marked another successful, yet somber Fallen Firefighter Memorial, as firefighters, families and the community gathered to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Among the 288 names added to the wall this year was one of our very own, retired Colorado Springs Fire Department Captain Patrick Rogacki, who died last year from cancer linked to his work at Ground Zero following the Sept. 11 attacks. His children had grown up attending the memorial alongside their father, making this year's ceremony especially emotional as they watched his name take its permanent place on the wall.
Rogacki was remembered as a humble family man who loved the outdoors, treasured time with his grandchildren and quietly served others without seeking recognition. His family even discovered honors and certificates after his death that he had never displayed.
His name now stands alongside hundreds of fellow fallen firefighters, a lasting reminder of his service to Colorado Springs and beyond. Full Story

🏈 Broncos Fans, We Needed That!
Broncos fans, that one was worth sticking around for. After a rough season opener against Kansas City, Denver bounced back Sunday with a 20-13 comeback win over Jacksonville, evening its record at 1-1.
It certainly wasn't pretty from start to finish. The Broncos trailed 13-3 early in the third quarter before the game finally started turning their way. Jaylen Waddle had the breakout performance fans had been waiting for with eight catches for 138 yards, while rookie Jonah Coleman stepped up after J.K. Dobbins left with a hamstring injury and scored his first NFL touchdown. Riley Moss also came through with a key interception that helped set up Denver's tying touchdown.
There are still things to clean up. Denver was flagged 10 times, the offense started slowly again, and Bo Nix threw a costly interception in the end zone before halftime. But when it mattered most, the Broncos scored 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter and finished the game strong.
🛒 A New Way to Shop Costco
Costco members now have another way to get that Costco haul home without navigating the warehouse or the parking lot. The retailer has partnered with DoorDash to offer delivery of up to 4,000 Costco items across the U.S.
Members can shop for everything from groceries and pantry staples to household supplies, electronics and seasonal merchandise through DoorDash. The partnership is new to the U.S., but DoorDash already delivers Costco orders in several other countries and Puerto Rico.
And if you already use Instacart for Costco, that's not going away. Instacart will continue offering Costco delivery, giving members another option for getting those bulk-size favorites delivered right to the door. Full Story
