You Use AI Every Day. Why don't you own any of it?
You probably opened something powered by AI before your first coffee this morning. Millions of people do. Almost none of them own a piece of it.
That's been the catch with the AI boom β the biggest gains went to insiders and venture funds, while the companies actually building the frontier stayed private and out of reach.
That's starting to change. A wave of AI IPOs is forming, and a few are shaping up to be among the most retail-accessible mega-listings in years β the rare chance to get in near the ground floor instead of reading about the gains after the fact.
Our free briefing lays out the timeline, the access window, and the filing risk most investors will miss. No credit card. Sent straight to your inbox.

π€ I Get to Meet 27 of You!
Something I did not expect to feel this strongly about: 27 of you have raised your hand for Saturday's Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Foundation event, and I am going to get to meet so many of you in person.
A genuine thank you to Anja and the team at The Wynne Group (Holidays with Altitude), who sponsored the tables that made these complimentary tickets possible. Without them, none of us would be sitting down together Saturday.
Now that is the part I keep coming back to. Saturday, we finally get to sit at the same table, have a real conversation, and do something genuinely good together for a group of local high schoolers who are counting on adults like us to show up for them.
Just a heads-up: I am known for my hugs! But whether we share a hug, a handshake, or just a friendly wave, please make sure to come say hi. I cannot wait to finally meet you.
Keep an eye on your inbox later this morning. I am sending a short email with the list of everyone who claimed a complimentary ticket so you can see if you are in. Anja is also sending each winner a formal confirmation and invite via email directly today with their ticket info.
If you did not grab a complimentary ticket and you want to be in that room with some of our Town Tidings family Saturday night, there are still a few paid seats left.

π§ Is the Roadwork Finally Ending?

CDOT and local partners gathered Tuesday to celebrate milestones on 3 major Colorado Springs road projects representing more than $250 million in investment aimed at improving safety and traffic flow.
On I-25 between Fillmore and Garden of the Gods, new merge lanes are in place with paving and finishing work wrapping up by Oct or Nov. The new Powers and Airport Rd diverging diamond interchange is open, though periodic lane closures continue through October.
Also the MAMSIP project, which improved corridors connecting Fort Carson, Peterson, Schriever, and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, completed its final stretch on South Academy in July.
Check COtrip.org for current closures and conditions. Full Story

π² Zuppa Toscana (Olive Garden Copycat Soup)
This cozy one-pot Tuscan soup is as creamy and satisfying as the Olive Garden original, made with Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes in a rich dairy-free broth using coconut cream. Ready in about 1 hour and even better the next day.
