It's official! Colorado Springs City Council unanimously approves a 2024 property tax reduction, offering residents relief of around $6.2 million by capping local rates.

🚦 I-25 Disruption: Southbound Closure, Northbound Shifts Ahead

🚧 Traffic Alert: Southbound I-25 closed between South Academy Blvd and CO 16/Mesa Ridge Pkwy due to a crash, per CDOT.

🛣️ Upcoming Closure: Northbound I-25 near Fort Carson faces temporary closure from Dec. 13 to Dec. 14. Detours outlined by El Paso County for affected areas.
