This local celebrity, who won Food Network's Food Truck Fan Fight, has created a dining atmosphere that feels like being welcomed into a friend's home. As you scan the ever-changing menu, you'll notice dishes showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients. Chef Deanna personally shops for and hand-picks every component, from locally sourced meats and vegetables to seafood flown in specially for the week's creations.

The star attraction is the Cheese Wheel Experience. Chef Deanna's home-made pasta is brought tableside to a massive wheel of imported Parmesan. Specially trained chef Lilly combines the pasta with a warm cream blend inside the wheel, creating a rich, velvety sauce that coats each strand perfectly.
