😟 Diabetes Patients Struggle for Supplies

Diabetes patients in Southern Colorado are struggling to get Dexcom G7 glucose monitors due to a national supply shortage. The disruption is affecting their health, with some resorting to long drives just to find a pharmacy with stock.
The shortage is also complicating doctor visits and forcing patients back to painful finger pricks. Dexcom has stated that the issue should be temporary, but in the meantime, affected patients can reach out to the company’s support team for assistance, 1-844-607-8398. Full Story
🚗 Why Every Driver Needs to Read This

Colorado’s Slow Down, Move Over law helps prevent roadside tragedies, requiring drivers to either switch lanes or slow down by at least 20 mph when passing a disabled vehicle with hazard lights on. Violating the law can lead to fines, license points, and even felony charges if injuries occur.
Every year, nearly 350 people nationwide lose their lives outside a disabled vehicle. To stay safe, drivers should remain alert, allow space for merging, and adjust speed early in slick conditions. Stranded motorists should pull over safely, turn on hazards, and call for help while staying cautious. Road safety is a shared responsibility—let’s protect those on the roadside. Full Story

🎬 Farewell to a Hollywood Legend

Gene Hackman won an Oscar for his portrayal of New York cop Popeye Doyle in 1971’s “The French Connection."
Gene Hackman, one of Hollywood’s most revered actors, has passed away at 95 alongside his wife, Betsy Arakawa, in their New Mexico home. Authorities do not suspect foul play.
With an Oscar-winning career spanning The French Connection, Unforgiven, Hoosiers, and Superman, Hackman was a master of conflicted characters, making an indelible mark on cinema. He retired quietly in Santa Fe, leaving behind a legacy of powerful performances that continue to resonate. As fans and fellow actors pay tribute, we remember a true Hollywood icon.
