What a Gutter Upgrade Actually Costs
We studied what roofers are saying about gutter guard prices in 2025⦠and hereās what we found out.
Finding the best price comes down to just two simple things:
Cut out the middleman and buy from the manufacturer to save big money.
Get guards that install over your existing gutters - no need to replace anything so youāll save a fortune.
With a little help, you can find the best gutter guards at a great price.
Check out this no-cost website where you can āskipā the middleman and get (fair) local pricing.
Just hit the link below, and complete a 1-minute survey to get started on finding the perfect gutter guards for your home.

š 178 Citations in 1 Day ā Here's Why
If youāve noticed more speed traps around town lately, itās not just your imagination. CSPD have been cracking down on dangerous driving, and last weekendās enforcement sweep made a strong impactā178 citations in a single day. Officers were specifically targeting reckless behaviors like street racing and excessive speeding, especially by motorcyclists. So far this year, 36 lives have been lost on our roads, with half of those involving motorcycles. In most cases, speed was the main factor.
The consequences of reckless choices behind the wheel are realāand this is a reminder that safety is something we all contribute to.
šļø Remembering Dobsonās ImpactāLike Him or Not

Dr. James Dobson, the founder of Focus on the Family, has passed away at 89. Whether you aligned with his values or took issue with his political stances, thereās no denying the influence he had on American cultureāand especially here in Colorado Springs, where his ministry helped shape the cityās national profile.
I personally remember his early radio segments more from the lens of a psychologistāshort daily radio segments that offered positivity and hopeful advice back when I was doing mundane data entry in Illinois in 2000. It wasnāt until later that I became aware of the broader and more controversial scope of his advocacy. For better or for worse, Dobson left a legacy that touched millions and contributed to decades of national conversation around family, faith, and politics. Full Story
