You Use AI Every Day. Why don't you own any of it?
You probably opened something powered by AI before your first coffee this morning. Millions of people do. Almost none of them own a piece of it.
That's been the catch with the AI boom β the biggest gains went to insiders and venture funds, while the companies actually building the frontier stayed private and out of reach.
That's starting to change. A wave of AI IPOs is forming, and a few are shaping up to be among the most retail-accessible mega-listings in years β the rare chance to get in near the ground floor instead of reading about the gains after the fact.
Our free briefing lays out the timeline, the access window, and the filing risk most investors will miss. No credit card. Sent straight to your inbox.

π Keep Your Pumpkins Inside

Courtesy of Colorado Parks and Wildlife
I had no idea bears went after pumpkins on our porch until this season. Turns out, Colorado Parks and Wildlife reminds us every fall, and this year it is worth paying attention to before you decorate your porch.
Bears are in hyperphagia right now, the pre-hibernation stretch where they need to eat constantly. Pumpkins, even uncarved ones, are loaded with fiber and vitamins, making them a perfect snack. CPW Wildlife Manager Adrian Archuleta says bears come into yards and grocery stores for easy food every fall, and it only gets worse as October goes on.
The easy fix: bring pumpkins inside when not on display, keep holiday decorations higher than 6 feet, and watch for community pumpkin drop-off events near you. Deer eating pumpkins also attracts mountain lions, so this goes beyond just bears. The sooner we pull the food sources, the sooner they head to their dens for winter. Full Story

This one matters if you care about Colorado Springs' economic future.
Mayor Yemi traveled to Huntsville, Alabama alongside 90 Colorado Springs business and civic leaders for a joint press conference at Davidson Technologies. Standing beside Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle Jr., both mayors sent a clear message: two of the country's most significant defense and aerospace cities are choosing partnership alongside competition.
Both cities are home to more than 70 aerospace and defense companies. With Space Force relocation decisions still in play, the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC organized this Discovery Trip to build relationships that matter when the stakes are high. The message from Mayor Yemi: compete where you must, collaborate where you can, and always keep the mission first.
That is the kind of message that wins for Colorado Springs long-term.

π― TRIVIA: What Did 27 Neighbors Start Nearly 100 Years Ago?

Did you know... long before a night at the Philharmonic meant heading downtown to the Pikes Peak Center, Colorado Springs' orchestral story began with 27 local musicians and a church?
In 1927, they gathered at Grace Episcopal Church under conductor Edwin Dietrich as the Colorado Springs Symphony Ensemble. No grand concert hall. Just neighbors making music for neighbors, planting the beginnings of a tradition our city would carry forward for generations.
Question: Which Colorado Springs musician led the orchestra longer than any other music director in its history?
There is something familiar about that beginning. Colorado Springs has grown and changed, but we still need places to put the week's worries aside and share something that moves us. The quiet before the first note. A melody that brings back someone you miss. Applause shared with people you have never met.

Now celebrating its 100th season, the Colorado Springs Philharmonic connects those first musicians with everyone taking a seat today. Whether your family has lived here for generations or you are still learning your way around town, this is a piece of our city's history you can participate in, not just read about.
π» Explore the Philharmonic's upcoming performances and make your own memory.
Answer: Frederick Boothroyd, organist at Grace Episcopal Church, led the orchestra for 26 years after taking over in 1928. *Source
