Your Fall Glow-Up: Two Drinks for Hydrated, Plump-Looking Skin
Cooler weather can leave skin looking dull and feeling dry. Piqueβs Radiant Skin Duo brings a beauty upgrade to your fall routine: two delicious daily drinks that support hydrated, plump, luminous-looking skin from within.
Start with creamy, organic Sun Goddess Matcha, packed with antioxidants that support healthy-looking skin. Then sip BΒ·T Fountain, a refreshing beauty electrolyte combining clinically studied ceramides, hyaluronic acid and electrolytes to support hydration and a dewy glow.
The beauty benefits come with impressive clinical evidence. In a clinical trial of BΒ·T Fountainβs ceramides, skin hydration improved 25% by day 15. By day 60, hydration improved 37%, elasticity improved 36% and wrinkle depth decreased 8.2%.
Morning matcha. Afternoon beauty hydration. An easy ritual that fits into busy fall days while supporting skin that looks smoother and feels replenished. Your favorite daily drinks become a simple skincare habit worth keep

π’ Data Centers: Are We Protected?

With growing questions about data centers and their impact on electricity, water and neighborhoods, Colorado Springs is taking a closer look at whether its current rules offer enough protection.
An independent review requested by Mayor Yemi found that the city already has some important safeguards, particularly through Colorado Springs Utilities. Since Jan 2026, large electricity customers using 10 megawatts or more have faced requirements designed to help keep existing customers from footing certain infrastructure costs associated with new developments.
But the report also identified 14 potential policy changes, including clearer zoning rules, stronger noise and water-use requirements, and more opportunities for public input. City planners are now reviewing those recommendations as they consider updates to local development regulations.
Nothing has been adopted yet. The findings are intended to help city leaders decide how to balance potential economic benefits with protecting neighborhoods, natural resources and utility customers.

π₯ Help With Your Heating Bill

Winter heating bills can really sting, especially on a fixed income. Colorado's Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is now taking applications to help families, seniors and individuals with part of their heating costs, and it can help even if your heat is included in your rent.
Applications are open through April 30, 2027, and no interview is needed. Apply online through Colorado PEAK or call 1-866-HEAT-HELP (1-866-432-8435). Check the income limits on the State's LEAP page. If you know a neighbor who's struggling to stay warm, pass this along.
