๐โโ๏ธ Finding Her Purpose Through Pain

๐ How Catherine Conger found her true calling with Body Essentials Holistic Health
Life has a way of steering us toward our true calling, sometimes through the most unexpected detours. For Catherine Conger, owner of Body Essentials Holistic Health, that detour came 30 yrs ago in the form of a horse-riding accident that left her with a herniated disc and unrelenting sciatic pain. Traditional medicine offered little solace. It was during this difficult time that she discovered the profound healing power of massage therapy. This experience not only alleviated her pain but ignited a passion within her to help others find relief and wellness.
Catherine embodies a holistic lifestyle, embracing practices that promote well-being for herself and her clients. As a grandmother of six, she understands the importance of staying active and vital, and with over 25 years as a massage therapist, she brings both experience and empathy to her work. Her personalized approach to therapeutic massage, reflexology, and energy healing ensures each session addresses your individual needs, drawing on both her professional expertise and the wisdom gained from her own wellness journey.
Her commitment to natural wellness shines through in every aspect of her business, from the organic products and pure essential oils she uses to the tranquil and nurturing atmosphere she creates. She believes that true healing addresses not just the physical, but the emotional and spiritual as well.
Catherine's journey from pain to purpose has shaped her into the compassionate and skilled practitioner she is today. She offers genuine support for those seeking assistance from physical discomfort and a path towards overall well-being.

๐ช Why Renters Are Facing Higher Costs

A law passed last year to protect Colorado renters when their homes are damaged is unintentionally shrinking the rental market. Small landlords, who often rely on rental income as part of their livelihoods, are finding it difficult to afford the new financial obligations, such as paying for tenant accommodations during repairs.
As these โmom and popโ landlords exit the market, rental options dwindle, driving up prices and worsening housing affordability in Colorado Springs. The impact of these changes is being felt even before homes are built, as rising insurance costs and upfront liabilities make new housing projects more expensive. Full Story
