Is your supplement stack actually working?
Most people have no idea what supplements they're taking. Download SuppCo to organize your routine, audit your nutrients, and see your StackScore. Then you'll know if your stack is helping or just expensive.

What’s a raft guide’s favorite color?

🤔 Planning A Group Outing Is The Worst… Until Now
🚣♀️ Local couple just made "adventure logistics" a thing of the past
We all crave unforgettable moments with our favorite people, laughing until our sides ache. But as the designated group planner, you know organizing often kills the magic before it begins.
Meet Beth and Chris, the local couple behind Xtreme Bookings. With over 20 years of guiding experience, they understand the challenge of finding reliable outfitters, the professional guides and companies who actually run the activities. That is why they offer both a directory of pre-vetted vendors for easy DIY booking and a complete personalized concierge service.
Their concierge approach tailors every detail to your group's abilities and interests. Currently, they are organizing an anniversary event for a local tech company, where the adventure may include activities such as hiking or ziplining, followed by a catered lunch to wrap up the day. A full day planned without having to lift a finger.
Whether you are planning a corporate event, an adventurous girls weekend or a multi-generational family reunion where both grandma and teens have a blast, they ensure everyone feels included and excited.
Safety drives everything they do. Beth thrives on seeing nervous first-timers conquer a gentle whitewater rapid or reach a mountaintop viewpoint and think, "I did it!" That same empowering feeling applies whether your group wants to try scenic paddle boarding, mountain biking, rock climbing and more. Meanwhile, Chris brings his expertise in technical safety protocols to every adventure.
Even when the weather refuses to cooperate, they seamlessly pivot to thrilling indoor alternatives like vertical climbing walls or indoor skydiving.
By handling all the logistics, Beth and Chris offer something priceless: the freedom to be fully present with those who matter most. No checking details or worrying about what comes next, just pure connection and memories.
Stop stressing over schedules and let the experts take care of you. Start planning your next great adventure today at XtremeBookings.com, by emailing [email protected], or by calling Beth directly at 719-301-9098.

🚧 Late-Night Lane Closures

Garden of the Gods Road (east of I-25) will drop to one lane in each direction tonight from 8pm to 5am. Crews are installing new traffic signals and overhead arms at Northpark Drive and Mark Dabling.
This is part of a $1.96 million intersection safety project that wraps up later this month. Safer roads are coming, just plan ahead tonight.
📚 Pulitzer Winner at Rico's Café & Wine Bar

If you enjoy author talks and thoughtful conversations about current events, there’s an upcoming evening worth noting in downtown Colorado Springs.
Poor Richard’s Books & Gifts will host Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Carol Leonnig for a special book event on Tuesday, March 17 at 6pm. The gathering will take place at Rico’s Cafe & Wine Bar, just next door to the bookstore.
Leonnig is visiting Colorado Springs to discuss “Injustice: How Politics and Fear Vanquished America’s Justice Department,” a book she co-wrote with fellow investigative journalist Aaron C. Davis of The Washington Post.
🏙️ Big News for Downtown

A new grocery store called Warehouse Urban Grocer is planned for downtown Colorado Springs near Weidner Field, with renovation permits now filed for space connected to The Warehouse Restaurant and an expected spring opening.
