😔 When Everything Feels Off: Finding Your Way Back

🌱 Getting to the Root of It All with Denise Hadley
You know the feeling: it’s 2:00pm on a Wednesday, and you are already running on fumes. Your energy crashed hours ago, you can’t remember the last time you slept soundly, and the version of you who tackled life’s challenges with enthusiasm feels like a distant memory. If you are nodding along, you are not alone and Denise Hadley understands exactly where you are.
At Denise Hadley Wellness and Full30 Fit, she operates on a simple, powerful truth: when you feel better, you show up better for everything that matters.
While many other approaches focus on quick fixes, Denise prefers to dig deeper. As an integrative health practitioner, she helps clients struggling with low energy, hormone imbalances, and skin issues by addressing the root cause: gut health.
Denise emphasizes that the gut is the foundation for almost everything, from hormonal balance and sleep quality to stress management and digestive comfort. She helps clients understand that the gut is a comprehensive system extending from the esophagus to the colon, and that restoring its health is often the missing link to true vitality.
Her approach begins with listening rather than assuming. By moving away from a transactional model and focusing on a genuine partnership, Denise walks alongside her clients throughout their journey. She guides them through careful questioning and simple, actionable changes, such as proper hydration and adjusting evening eating habits. These small steps lead to meaningful energy gains and sustainable vitality that lasts throughout the day.
Whether you are looking for the community atmosphere of small group classes at her Full30 Fit gym (located at 1785 Lake Woodmoor Dr in Monument) or the convenience of her mobile wellness practice, Denise is ready to meet you where you are.
If you are ready to reclaim your energy and return to the best version of yourself, visit full30fit.com or call (719) 313-8141 to start your transformation today.

💻 Local Data Center Concerns - Experts Weigh In

As we’ve reported in the past, we all know AI data centers are being proposed in cities across the country, including here in Colorado Springs, and a lot of people question what that actually means for their community.
A CU Boulder engineering professor says the biggest concern isn't water. Newer facilities with closed-loop cooling are designed to reuse water rather than drain local supplies. The larger worry is energy demand and whether the power grid can handle it. Colorado's grid is already aging, with transformers failing and more pressure from electric vehicles and air conditioners. Adding a large data center on top of that is the question mark.
Colorado Springs Utilities says the grid can meet current demand. They're planning to add 300 megawatts of renewable energy and build new natural gas generators southeast of Fountain, with a full energy outlook through 2045 coming later this month. The company proposing the COS data center says it would use a closed-loop water system and install noise barriers to limit impact on neighbors.
