🙋♀️ We want to Feature Your Business
Your Retirement Has a Vulnerability Most Advisors Never Mention.
Dollar-denominated accounts — 401(k)s, IRAs, savings — are fully exposed to inflation, currency debasement, and government policy. Most financial advisors won't tell you that, because most of them don't profit when you know. Here's what's actually available to you:
A Gold IRA uses the same tax protections you already have
Physical gold sits outside inflation and banking risk
Accounts can go live in as little as 24 hours
Zero setup fees, zero-fee buyback guaranteed
Free 2026 kit explains everything — no obligation

What kind of neighborhood was Monty Python’s Ministry of Silly Walks located in?
👉A gaited community 🤣

👀 Your Neighborhood Might Need This

According to CSPD, since 1994 Joe is one of the longest-serving Neighborhood Watch Block Captains
Do you know your neighbors well enough to call them if something seems out of place?
CSPD is encouraging residents to find out whether their neighborhood already has a Neighborhood Watch group…or consider starting one if it doesn't (Click here for details.) These volunteer groups help neighbors stay connected, share information, and work together to keep an eye on their community.
Neighborhood Watch isn't about patrols or confronting suspicious people. Instead, it's about building relationships, recognizing unusual activity, and knowing when to contact law enforcement. Participants also learn simple crime prevention strategies that can help make homes and neighborhoods safer.
For many communities, this program becomes more than a safety tool, they're a way to strengthen connections between neighbors and create a greater sense of community.

🚗 The Mountain Comes Downtown

Courtesy of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Downtown Colorado Springs is expected to be packed tomorrow night as thousands of racing fans gather for the annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Fan Fest.
This year's event is expanding its footprint along Tejon Street, bringing together more than 60 Hill Climb drivers and their race cars for an up-close look before race day on Sunday. Fans will have opportunities to meet drivers, collect autographs, check out the vehicles, and soak in the excitement leading up to one of Colorado's most iconic motorsports events.
In addition to the racing displays, attendees can enjoy motocross stunt shows, a larger-than-ever car show, food vendors, local breweries, music, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment. Best of all, the event is FREE and open to the public.
Whether you're a lifelong racing fan or simply looking for something fun to do downtown from 5-9pm, Fan Fest is shaping up to be one of the biggest community events of the summer.
