🍻 Bell Brothers Brewing Downtown to Close Sept 29

Bell Brothers Brewing

After three years in downtown Colorado Springs, Bell Brothers Brewing will close its doors permanently on Sept 29, according to a post on their Facebook page. No additional comments from the owners are given as to the reason for the closure. The brewery, known for its warm atmosphere, inventive beer cocktails, and vibrant local entertainment, has expressed deep gratitude to its patrons, staff, and fellow brewers. Events planned for September will proceed as scheduled, including Music Video Bingo and the early release of their anniversary Rover Smasher Barleywine. Patrons can also take advantage of special deals on merchandise and to-go beer. The closure reflects a continuing trend of small business challenges in the downtown area.

🐾 Colorado Springs Vet Earns National Recognition

Dr. Amy Estrada

Her efforts have revolutionized care for exotic pets, ensuring they receive timely and expert medical attention. Dr. Estrada’s contributions to veterinary medicine have garnered widespread appreciation, both within her community and across the profession.

🧐 Bear Creek Trivia: Surprising Comeback!

Bear Creek Regional Park has a fascinating history dating back to the 1800s. Originally part of the Ute tribe's hunting grounds, it later became a working farm that served as a shelter for unhoused community members. In 2001, the Bear Creek Nature Center within the park was tragically destroyed by arson, but thanks to strong public support, it was rebuilt the following year.
