Recipe by My Healthy Beginning
This dairy-free chunky monkey ice cream that reminds the author of Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey. It is rich, so a little goes a long way.
🤔 "Should I Create an AI Account?" Your Privacy Questions Answered
👋 I wanted to share a question from an attendee at our recent AImagination Experience workshop:
"…regarding risks of creating an account with AI platforms. I've been using ChatGPT regularly but have no login because I don't know who has access… A lot of personal data is being uploaded and feels more private to have no login. What are your thoughts…?"
Privacy concerns are definitely top of mind for many of us. Here are 5 of my observations…
Privacy #5: 🔹 HUMAN REVIEW IS KEY
I always remind folks that AI output needs human oversight. You're still in control of what you actually input, use and share.
The reality is we make these privacy tradeoffs constantly in our digital lives - from social media to email to shopping online. The key is being INTENTIONAL about what you share and understanding the value you're getting in return.
BREAKING NEWS:
This just in… OpenAI just dropped something new – downloadable local models! The idea is you can run the AI right on your computer. Sounds cool, right? Here's the thing: it's a bit of a beast right now. It takes up a lot of space, and if your computer isn't super speedy, it will slow things down. So, unless you really need to run AI offline, I'd hold off for now. Let them work out the kinks and make it more user-friendly. Just wanted to keep you in the loop!
What other questions do you all have about using AI? Let me know in my FREE AI For Everyone Community.

🥾 Why Sinton Pond’s Worth the Detour

Right in the heart of Colorado Springs, Sinton Pond offers a small but scenic getaway for walkers, bird lovers, and urban explorers. The city-protected open space features a short loop trail, quiet wildlife sightings, and a beautiful Pikes Peak view. Once a family dairy farm, it’s now a natural sanctuary tucked behind Sinton Trail—a paved path that's part of the Pikes Peak Greenway. It’s easy to access via the Goose Gossage Youth Sports Complex, making it an ideal local spot to unwind without leaving town.
Location: Pond along Sinton Rd, at intersection with Ellston St, west of Mark Dabling. Goose Gossage complex at 3950 Mark Dabling Blvd.
Open 5am-9pm Nov. 1-April 30; 5am-1 pm May 1-Oct. 31. Foot and bike traffic. Leashed dogs allowed.
