Cardiologists: Try This Sugar Trick For Looser Pants Fast
For many people over 40, weight gain does not start because they suddenly eat more. It often begins when the body handles sugar differently after meals.
Cardiologists say repeated blood sugar spikes and crashes can push the body to store more energy as belly fat, even when daily habits stay mostly the same.
Read the report on the sugar pattern researchers are studying.

🤫 The One Document Most Families Forget To Sign
✅ The best way to protect everything you have worked for
We all have that moment. It is that quiet morning when you look at your bank statement or think about the future and realize the old rules for making it do not seem to apply anymore. Maybe you are caring for an aging parent, or perhaps you are simply wondering how to make your hard-earned money last as long as you do.
Renee Lawrence knows that feeling intimately. For 22 years, she dedicated her life to early childhood education, teaching and leading programs for children. But when her own mother fell ill, Renee stepped away from the classroom to become a caregiver. In that season of life, she saw firsthand how quickly the landscape of financial security can shift. She realized that while we plan for weddings and home purchases, we often leave our long-term safety nets to chance.
That experience did not just change her career; it became her mission. Today, Renee helps families navigate the confusing world of money not as a cold analyst, but as a guide who has walked the path herself. She is not interested in selling products. She is interested in education.
Renee specializes in the unknowns. She helps people understand the power of a Living Trust to protect a legacy from the complexities of probate, a tool that many families overlook until it is too late. She also sheds light on how certain life insurance policies can act as a flexible safety net, allowing you to access funds without the tax headaches often associated with 401(k) withdrawals. She helps you stop letting money manage you, and gives you the confidence to build a future you can trust.
If you are ready to trade financial confusion for a clear path forward, reach out to Renee at (209) 681-2747 or email [email protected].
Let Renee make sure your future is as secure as your heart is big.

🏡 Relief for Rising Insurance?

Colorado lawmakers have introduced a new bill aimed at making homeowners insurance more affordable by helping residents better protect their homes from hail, one of the biggest drivers of rising premiums in the state. The proposal would create a grant program to help cover the cost of more durable, hail-resistant roofing, with supporters saying stronger homes could lead to fewer claims and eventually lower insurance costs.
State data shows hail can account for a significant portion of what homeowners are paying each year, and estimates suggest mitigation efforts could save some residents anywhere from $82 to $387 annually. The program would be funded through a fee on insurance carriers beginning in 2027, with lawmakers saying the cost should not be passed directly on to customers. 🤔 Question is: Will it actually lower your bill? What do you think?

🏔️ Before Summer Crowds Hit…

Visitors can reserve timed-entry permits and shuttle tickets for Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain ahead of the busy summer season. From May 22 through Sept 30, drivers heading past mile 7 will need a $2 timed-entry permit, which assigns an arrival window to help manage traffic at the Gateway and summit.
Admission fees still apply, while the shuttle offers an alternative option that includes admission and stops at scenic points like Glen Cove, Devils Playground, and the summit itself. Shuttle service runs daily through early August and then on select days into Sept. With limited availability and high demand during peak months, planning ahead can make all the difference for a smooth and enjoyable trip.
