🩺 New Cardiac Center
Colorado Springs Cardiology marked a big milestone this week with the opening of its new Heart & Vascular Ambulatory Surgery Center, which leaders say is the first of its kind in Southern Colorado and the largest in the state. The new facility is designed to improve access to cardiovascular and vascular care by allowing more advanced procedures to be performed in an outpatient setting, giving patients a more convenient and often more comfortable alternative to a hospital stay. Located at 10600 White Diamond Point near Old Ranch Rd, the center reflects continued growth in specialized healthcare options here in Northern Colorado Springs. Full Story
🎤 Weidner Lands a Big One - Jelly Roll On Sale TODAY
Big concert news for Colorado Springs: Jelly Roll is officially headed to Weidner Field this summer for a live show on Thurs, July 30. The three-time GRAMMY winner will be joined by Justin Moore and special guest Ashley Cooke, making it a strong lineup for country fans and anyone who loves a big outdoor summer show.
Known for his emotional storytelling and crowd-connecting performances, Jelly Roll has built a loyal following with songs that hit hard and stick with people. Switchback Season Ticket Members can grab tickets starting TODAY, April 9 at 10am. Tickets for the general public go on sale Fri, April 10 at 10am, so this is probably one to jump on early if it’s your kind of night.

🕊️ Roadside Memorial Rules Change
El Paso County has rolled out a new roadside memorial policy that changes how future crash memorials can be placed along county roads. While handmade memorials with crosses, flowers, photos, and personal items have long been a meaningful way for families to remember loved ones, county leaders say a formal process is now needed for safety, maintenance, and consistency.
Under the new rules, people must apply for approval and, if accepted, pay a fee for a county-installed blue memorial sign that will remain in place for five years. Existing memorials already along county roads will be grandfathered in, but new memorials will no longer allow personal items or custom displays around the sign. Full Story
