🙌 The Belief That Changed Sharon’s Whole Life

💖 It started with the women who raised her
Think back to the women who first believed in you. For Sharon Ringier, growing up in Chicago, it was her mother and grandmother who instilled an unwavering belief that her potential was limitless.
After two decades building a successful wedding and event planning business, Sharon began to notice something. The real magic wasn't in the perfectly executed timelines or beautiful centerpieces. It was in the moments when she connected the right people, when she helped someone see a possibility they had missed. She realized that women, especially those with decades of experience, were hungry for spaces where they could be genuinely heard and supported as they built their businesses.
So she walked away from everything she had built and started over.
Inspired by Audrey Hepburn's insight that "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'," Sharon founded The Possible Woman around what she proudly calls her three pillars: Clarity, Purpose, and Visibility. Through her digital magazine, podcast, and streaming channel, she helps female entrepreneurs cut through the overwhelm to find their direction and their voice.
The work has always mattered to Sharon, and becoming a grandmother added a deeper dimension to her mission. She is thinking now about the kind of business world she wants to leave behind, not just for her own granddaughter, but for the next generation of women who will follow the paths being carved today.
Now living in Colorado Springs, she continues building a local and virtual community of women who understand that sustainable success doesn't come from exhausting hustle. It comes from resilience, authentic connection, and owning your story.
Sharon's Goal Getter Business Mastery Bootcamp takes place in Denver on May 19- 20, 2026. Learn more about Sharon at The Possible Woman Magazine.

💛 A Living Legend in COS
Local veteran Mindy King has been honored as a “Living Legend” by the Military Women’s Memorial for a life of service both in uniform and far beyond it.
King served as a Black Hawk helicopter mechanic with two combat deployments to Iraq before transitioning into a new chapter of helping others through volunteer leadership, veteran advocacy, and community support. Her work has touched military families, Gold Star families, youth programs, and local outreach efforts here in Colorado Springs. Full Story
Many of our Colorado Springs Town Tidings readers may also recognize Mindy from our past features highlighting her service with VFW Post 101 and her embroidery small business, Heart'felt' Travels. It’s a beautiful reminder that service can continue in many forms.
