I want to introduce you to Neshia Branch, a Colorado Springs woman who took something she wished she'd had growing up and decided to create it for others.

Neshia founded True to Your Destiny from personal experience. She remembers what it was like to struggle, feel left behind and believe no one truly understood what she was going through. Today, those experiences shape how she helps others work through their own pain and begin figuring out what comes next.

Her organization primarily serves women ages 18 to 45, particularly those from lower-income backgrounds, with a focus on healing from childhood and ongoing trauma, discovering purpose and, for those who want it, reconnecting with faith. But Neshia doesn't turn people away based on age, income or gender. If you're carrying emotional baggage and need support, you're welcome.

Through workshops, Neshia uses guided reflection, journaling and conversation to help participants explore experiences they may have buried for years. And there's no pressure to share with the room. Participants can speak openly, talk privately with Neshia or simply work through their thoughts on paper.

She's already seen what can happen when someone finally feels safe enough to open up. One participant began confronting parts of a difficult childhood she'd kept hidden, and what started as a workshop connection grew into a genuine friendship with Neshia.

That's really what Neshia hopes to build: a village where people don't have to carry the hard stuff by themselves. She's also dreaming much bigger than Colorado Springs. Her long-term vision is to grow True to Your Destiny into a network reaching women around the world.
