Last month, Colorado Springs experienced a notable increase in housing inventory, with active listings rising 13.4% compared to last year, signaling a move toward a more balanced market. While new listings dipped slightly, the overall supply of homes improved, giving buyers more options. The median listing price declined 2.2% year over year to $450,000, and more sellers are adjusting prices to meet demand. Homes are now spending an average of 72 days on the market, slightly longer than last year but still below the national average, creating added flexibility for buyers while encouraging sellers to price competitively in a stabilizing market. *Source
