The Team Behind The Walking Dead and Invincible Are at It Again
In 2003, Robert Kirkman launched both The Walking Dead and Invincible comic books. But something happened that would set these titles apart for decades to come.
Kirkman partnered with Skybound CEO David Alpert “DA” to build them into franchises. Almost 2 decades later, The Walking Dead is among the most-watched cable shows of all time, generating $10B+ in revenue and market cap gains.

💖 What If One Step Changed Everything?
Imagine a local teenager sitting in class, quietly carrying a weight no one can see. Now imagine their school having the training and tools to reach them before it's too late. That's exactly what the Run4Hope 5k for Schools has been doing for ten years.
The Ascent Church saw local students struggling and decided to act. What started as a single community race has grown into a movement, raising over $200,000 to fund suicide prevention, mental health awareness, and training programs in El Paso County schools.
This Sept 12, the 10th Annual Run4Hope returns with a chip-timed 5k and a Color Fun Run at The Ascent Church. And after you cross that finish line, the fun keeps going with a FREE community block party featuring a BBQ lunch, live music by WireWood Station, classic cars, games, bounce houses, and more. It's a full day of celebration for the whole family.
But here's why we're telling you now: they need our help today to make this happen. The goal is $50,000 to fund programs in 10 local schools for the 2026-2027 school year. That's $5,000 per school. Every dollar, every volunteer, every sponsor brings them closer.
You can run, walk, volunteer, become a corporate sponsor, or simply donate. Our local teens are worth showing up for, and our community has proven that time and again. Are you able to participate in any way?
