β Why This Local Dad Wants To Buy Your Coffee
π€ One conversation could change everything...
In a city full of mixers and business card exchanges that lead nowhere, Brian Blasnek had a revolutionary idea: What if introducing people could actually pay your bills?
As the owner of Network In Action (NIAX) Colorado Springs, he's created a system that rewards people financially for the connections they make.
Brian's path to community builder wasn't what he expected. In professional kitchens, he thrived on precision and teamwork as an executive chef. Then his daughter was born, and his perspective transformed completely. Looking at those long, demanding restaurant hours, Brian realized he'd miss bedtime stories, first steps, and countless precious moments. With his daughter's future in mind, he made the difficult choice to leave behind the culinary world he loved to build something that would let him be the father he wanted to be.
His years in the kitchen taught him something valuableβ¦bringing together the right ingredients at the right time creates magic. Now he applies that same principle to people. Brian has built something truly special: a community where businesses grow, individuals prosper, and local charities thrive together.
His belief in strengthening local enterprises while supporting causes that matter to our community shows in everything he does. Under his leadership, NIAX has channeled substantial funds to local nonprofits, creating lasting positive impact throughout the community.
Every second Wednesday at 4pm, Brian personally hosts gatherings at Pizzeria Rustica in OCC, creating spaces where genuine connections happen naturally. These aren't stiff, awkward exchanges but real conversations that build lasting relationships.

He truly enjoys meeting new people and hearing your story; he's always eager to grab coffee, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond business transactions.
Ready to experience this different approach to growing your business and community? Brian welcomes everyone with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
Reach out to him directly on his cell (719) 645-4567, at [email protected], visit Facebook and NIAColoradoSprings.com to learn about upcoming events.
