Colorado Springs local Patsy Prather, a former stage manager in New York, understands the art of bringing stories to life. Now, through Patsy by Design, she partners with women to create practical, actionable strategies for life's transitions, helping them move from uncertainty to clarity.

Drawing from personal experience supporting loved ones through mental health and addiction challenges, Patsy developed a unique approach that combines proven tools with hands-on support. Her method breaks down overwhelming life changes into manageable steps, using gratitude as a practical tool alongside intentional language to create lasting change.

"Real transformation requires more than theory – it needs practical tools that work in everyday situations," Patsy explains. Her 12-week program pairs self-discovery with personalized guidance, helping women align their thoughts, words, and actions so they can move forward with confidence and purpose. Whether navigating an empty nest, career shift, relationship issues, addiction recovery, or other personal challenges…clients learn to embrace change while staying true to themselves.

Her commitment to practical solutions has led to her first book, 'AND - How 3 Little Letters Will Change Your Life.' In addition to her transformation work, Patsy serves on the board of a local nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs in Colorado Springs.
