🍛 This father to son culinary legacy at Curry Culture is serving up more than just delicious Indian food

Step into Curry Culture, where the aroma of spices tells a story of family, tradition, and culinary adventure. Owner Amar Mand's journey from Minnesota to Colorado Springs, with stops in Dallas and a childhood steeped in his father's Indian restaurants, has culminated in this vibrant eatery.

Amar's father, hailing from North India, met his mother in London before settling in Minnesota. Growing up in his father's restaurants, Amar absorbed the intricacies of traditional Indian cuisine. This foundation, combined with his own innovative spirit, shapes Curry Culture's unique identity.

The daily lunch buffet, served Mon-Sat from 11am-2:30pm (Sun noon-3pm), is the perfect introduction to India's diverse flavors. Newcomers can sample a variety of dishes without commitment, while seasoned fans indulge in their favorites. The rotating selection showcases Amar's dedication to quality and tradition.

As evening falls, Curry Culture transforms. The dinner menu, available from 4-9pm, reimagines traditional dishes with a modern flair. Customer favorite Paneer Tikka Masala features house-made cheese in a vibrant sauce perfected over years.

While Amar splits his time between Curry Culture and King Restaurant Indian Kitchen & Bar, his influence is ever-present. The staff shares his passion, often relating stories behind dishes or offering personalized recommendations.

What truly sets Curry Culture apart is its blend of tradition and innovation. Each dish reflects Amar's journey – from his father's traditional techniques to his own modern interpretations.

Located at their NEW location, 162 Tracker Dr, Curry Culture is more than a restaurant, it's a celebration of heritage.
